A Short Bio
Hello World! My name is India and I am a Physics PhD student at Georgia State University. I graduated with my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mathematics and have been teaching college math for 6 years. During my time at GSU, I am trying to predict solar flares using big data techniques, computer programming, and mathematical statistics in a new interdisciplinary field called Astro-informatics
When I'm not doing physics, I enjoy cooking, watching science fiction, going to conventions, and spending time with my daughter.
Below you will find some videos of the thing that I absolutely love the most: Science Fiction. I live for Sci Fi and television. I watch these shows in my spare time (which is rare)!

Regular Show
Cartoon Network has put out some of the best cartoons and this is one of them. Regular Show is a quirky modern show about a Blue Jay and a Racoon and their daily ploys to avoid work. It's a nice break from the stressful world a math.

The grandfather of scifi, this is THE science fiction prophet film of the century. You can find references to iPads, fax machines, and facetime. This movie also tackles the theme of human evolution. Fantastic film!!
The Hobbit Series
The Prequel to The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, this is an excellent series. Taking us through the youth of Bilbo Baggins and an introduction to Smeagol.

Star Wars Series
Ok...nothing needs to be said. Star Wars...yeah!
Lord of the Rings Series
We are introduced to the Shire and Frodo Baggins in this epic trilogy. No words can explain the brilliance that Peter Jackson brings to this film from the century old novel!
